25x25

I'm always making goals for myself, and, so, why not put them on my blog? This page will be comprised of goals I wish to achieve before I'm 25. They'll be relatively short-term goals because my 25th birthday is in January.
  1. Complete my AA Photographic/Imaging Degree.
  2. Lose 50 pounds - This has been my goal all year, but I haven't been very serious about it.
  3. Save $1,000 - I am horrible at saving!
  4. Socialize at 10 new places.
  5. Go to the Margarita Ball.
  6. Have a date for New Year's - and party somewhere awesome!
  7. Take the GFD Civil Service Exam (again) - score higher than last year!
  8. I just found out that the exam is two days AFTER my birthday. Usually, it is in September. However, I intend to keep this on my list of goals since I have no power over the exam date.
  9. Take more pictures of myself - sounds conceited, but I hate being photographed.
  10. Read 25 books - I don't read as often as I did growing up. I welcome recommendations.
  11. 2012 Reading Challenge

    2012 Reading Challenge
Adrien has read 0 books toward a goal of 25 books.

  12. Take lessons in an activity - for example, cooking.
  13. Have my eyes examined! - This should be happening soon, but it's a definite goal. My prescription is outdated, I can barely seen with my glasses these days! Ack! Also, I want to get two pairs of glasses, and contacts. (And bad-ass sunglasses. I love bad-ass sunglasses.)
  14. Build a team/Create a manual for the news website I manage - Gotta leave my legacy, after all!
  15. Build a new wardrobe - not the wooden kind, the wearing kind.
  16. Re-do my bedroom.
  17. Build up the jewelry business - $10,000 in sales, 10 shows, minimum.
  18. Take up a new hobby.
  19. Have 5 personal streams of income.
  20. Go to California to see my family.
  21. De-clutter my home - easier said than done. Most of the stuff in my house is my mother's!
  22. Go out for Halloween - and have a great costume!
  23. Get a new refrigerator.
  24. Have an adrenaline rush.
  25. Date - put myself out there more.
  26. Get a new job.
  27. Become financially independent - I want to have an income that'll allow me to pay all the bills in my home.
Some of these are petty and superficial.
Some are deep and personal.
Some I wrote on the fly as I was considering this list.
Some I probably won't be able to achieve, but I hope I do.
Some I know will be completed soon, but I put them on here to remind myself.

What are your goals for this rest of this year?
